About Andres

My name is Andres Gutierrez, and I'm a proud new dad to twins! I've been grooming since I was 18, building over 10 years of experience along the way. As a lifelong animal lover, I’m truly passionate about my work and the pets I care for. My experience in fast-paced grooming settings has sharpened my time management skills without ever sacrificing quality. I’ve also had the privilege of managing high-volume grooming salons, which has given me confidence and a well-rounded skill set. I look forward to bringing that same level of dedication and care to every grooming session with your pet!

Booked for 4-6pm time slot, didn’t bother to message me to say he was running late. Showed up at 9PM and rushing me when he did show up. I put in the app that they do NOT have permission to simply shave my dog down and that’s exactly what he did. Shaved him completely down and didn’t tbothet to even make it look nice. Didn’t listen to ANYTHING I said. The dog he did before took him hours and he rushed through mine is what it seems like. He kept calling it a “reset”- a term I’m sure he uses when he wants to get home and has been working hours behind schedule. So my dog paid the price! Wouldn’t use this service again, he is not a highly trained nor talented groomer. At least if you’re going to shave down a dog make it look presentable. My dogs face has long hairs sticking out and short cut parts that are completely uneven. Worst haircut he’s ever had!

Andres has done a great job with my dog who is quite anxious and doesn't like to stay still! This was my second time booking and so glad it was with him both times!
