I took my dogs in for grooming on Sunday, October 11, and paid $335 for the service. I didn’t file a complaint that same day because I thought Oreo’s eye might have been irritated by an accident and would get better. However, his eye did not improve, and I had to take him to the veterinarian twice. I took a photo about an hour after the bath, and he is now receiving treatment prescribed by his vet. I also noticed injuries on his belly. Additionally, my dog Dixy’s nails were not filed. Even though I shared photos and explained what happened, I didn’t feel that the app took my concerns—or what happened to my dogs—seriously. I was very disappointed with the response, especially after paying $335. I hope the app reviews how complaints like this are handled and takes customers’ concerns seriously.
