I cannot begin to express how grateful I am for Sylvia and all that she has done for my dog Lady. When Lady was a puppy and she was getting her first hair cut, she was extremely anxious and scared that the groomer at PetSmart refused to work with her. I found Sylvia through Groomit and she instantly treated Lady like her own. Sylvia is so kind and patient with Lady, she even sings to her to ease her nerves. My dog feels safe and protected and comes out gorgeous every time. We have worked with Sylvia for over two years now and I refuse to work with anyone else. Sylvia is always on time, professional, and exceptionally kind. I am beyond grateful for everything Sylvia has done. Thank you Sylvia for taking care of our baby girl!
