Nice and friendly, unfortunately she cut my pup and she was bleeding for hours. Her nails are now tender when she walks she doesn't want me to touch it. We have been keeping it clean, hoping no very visit is required. I think I should have been discounted for this but I paid in full and didn't fuss. She did try to help fix it and I pray it was an accident.
