I was more than pleased with Shatranese's professionalism and outstanding customer service. She treated Mei Mei, a senior, was kindness and patience and did an excellent job with her. I highly recommend Shatranese as a skilled groomer.

She was amazing! She also caught an infected anal gland on one of my pups and she went to the vet the next day and is feeling all better. Would recommend!!
